As a European I don't identify with the label of "Columbine generation" and this article was an eye-opener on American millennial struggles. I cannot even imagine what must be to fear going to school. I mean, I feared going to school because I was a socially awkward teenager, but I never feared for my life. I can't imagine how someone manages that type of trauma either. All I can say is I'm so sorry for your experiences and thank you enlightened me on this matter.
