"Forgetting about your health" is definitely a bad habit and it bears to remember that mental health is also part of your health. Coding can be a lonely career, not only because you spend most of your workday sitting on a desk but also because sometimes you can't talk about your work with friends the way people with less technical jobs (or just more familiar ones) can. It's an industry with big egos and competition and low inclusivity. Therefore, there are many ways a developer can find himself in a hard place and the stigma around it can make professionals delay seeking for help.
