I would add another idea, similar to coaching: become a teacher. There are many courses, bootcamps, and training programs that look for developers to be teachers. Some options are remote, some options are part-time. I've that in the past, and it actually was a great option to level up my skills, since I had to think deeply about the logic of basic concepts (that I am used to perform automatically) to teach the students.
